Aaron Cowen, P.E.

Aaron Cowen, Pool Engineering Inc. senior engineer, is a Professional Civil Engineer registered in the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah and Washington State.

Aaron obtained his bachelors degree in civil engineering from California State University Long Beach, and his Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering Design and Practice from the Irvine Institute of Technology.

Aaron is a member of the Structural Engineer’s Association of Southern California (SEAOSC), the American Concrete Institute (ACI), and the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC). Aaron is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and is responsible for the networks systems at Pool Engineering Inc.

Prior to his employ with Pool Engineering, Inc. Aaron worked as an Assistant Engineer at the City of Santa Ana, CA, where he assisted in the design of major municipal engineering projects.

Aaron's background in both engineering and computer programming has given him a unique value to Pool Engineering, Inc.. Not only does Aaron oversee most of the day-to-day operations of the company, but he also participates in the engineering design of some of our most complex structure.

Aaron is educated in the field of Finite element Analysis and design and has brought Pool Engineering Inc. into the forefront of the structural engineering industry. He has perfected the use of these new technologies and adapted them for use in the swimming pool industry.
