With our standard Fax Order Form, you may fax in orders for either inventory sets of plans, or job-specific orders. Just fill out the form, specifying the number of sets of standards plans you need or, for job-specific orders, leave the inventory section blank and fill out job-specific section with the job name and address, then fax the site plans in addition to the fax form.

Please make sure that your drawings and writing are dark and legible. At times, faxes are illegible because the quality of the fax is sometimes compromised.

Don't forget to fill out your CONTACT INFORMATION and JOB NAME AND ADDRESS (if applicable), including the best phone number to reach you.

Most plans are sent C.O.D. for expediency purposes. If you already have an account with Pool Engineering, Inc., you will receive an invoice with your engineering. Remember, invoices are due by the 10th of the following month from the invoice date.

IMPORTANT:

If you are a first-time customer, please complete the New Client Setup Form with your contact and payment information.  To open an account with Pool Engineering, you must complete a Credit Application.
