Want to stay out of the sun, or perhaps get a better view from your second level rooms? Well our standard plans for patio covers and wood decks will get you were you want to be.

All of our standard patio cover and deck plans are designed in accordance with California Building Code requirements for resistance to seismic and wind loading, and include all structural specifications required for permiting and construction.
