Standard Pool Structural Plan

The Pool Engineering, Inc. Standard Pool Structural Plan is the primary plan used for construction of all pools.

The standard plan includes standard pool wall details designed for non-expansive, moderately expansive or highly expansive soil, a surcharge detail for pools located adjacent to residential building structures such as single family dwellings or garages.

The standard plan also includes typical details for spas, skimmers and light niches as well typical raised bond beams.
