Course Description:
Underlying soil and geotechnical problems are often the cause of most serious swimming pool structural distress. In this seminar, attendees will learn about the most common of these problematic soil and geological conditions and how to mitigate them to avoid serious damage to swimming pool structures.

Attendees will learn:

  1. Recognize the most common detrimental geotechnical conditions that affect swimming pools.
  2. Discover the best methods to mitigate these problematic soil conditions.
  3. Find out about the critical Building Code geotechnical requirements affecting swimming pool construction.
